Before the tea, the maximum volume of milk I can pump out each pumping session is about 120ml. Yesterday, I had one pumping and got 160ml of milk out. I didn’t change anything else, this tea is the only new thing I add into my daily routine. So I think this tea does help me on the milk production.

As soon as you open the package, you can smell all the delicious flavors… the hibiscus leaves, the cloves, and a ting of pepper. I have tried other teas like this, but what makes this one special is how balanced the flavors are. Nothing is too much, it’s perfectly blended!

I have had this nursing tea for 3 days now, I like it. The whole bag comes with total 20 tea bags inside. Brewing is very easy, you place one tea bag in the cup and add 8oz boiled water, let it sit for 6-8 mins and the tea is ready.

The tea has a red color as you can see from my photo. Taste wise, I can taste rich hibiscus flavor and some anise flavor. The tea has a little bit sourness and overall, I think it tastes good and I like the taste. Since Fenugreek is part of the ingredients, I think drinking this tea seems helpful on increasing my milk production.
